Forget about postage and hand-mailed letters, missives, communiques, or documents sent anonymously or to information dump sites.  Blogs help.

Now the only reason S7 mailed physical documents was to find someone to read his work. Because the words only become active when read.  It is like a record player or CD player: once the needle/laser hits the pattern on the disc/record, then Sound or Music or Words can be sensed or heard.  Likewise it is in Destiny that words are activated by a living soul who is literate. 

Human people cannot resist information -- SECRETS -- so they steal or try to acquire the words as much as possible, and in doing so, activate the magical power of S7.
