Perfection

The USA is a Perfect Country.

You have social issues that are fixable. Once you fix them you have nothing else to do.  So you elect another official who ruins the grid, thereby giving you something to fix.  This is like planets -- you have an imperfect world fixed by a higher being; when that being leaves or sleeps, the world plunges into Chaos (if governed by dependent mutations/humans). 

You are Perfect.
