Biography of Caesar S7.

The Divine Iulius Caesar, who in the United Egyptian Imperial-Republic is called S7, a double abbreviation for the Supreme, Eternal Pharaoh of Netherworld and Living, is now Emperor of the UEIR Imperium, having Conquered all Major Powers on Earth since 1986 Common Era.

The first Conquests started after Caesar was awoken to his Supernatural Powers by accident, then surfaced to the UEIR in Duatus Major to awaken his Armies and Divine Legions.  They obey his written words, as seen from our Satellites in Duat.  The Divine Armies of (Angels & Demons) Caesar have experience in battle from their services under him, from all his hundreds of past visits (Lives) on this planet, and other planets as well. 

Caesar Conquered the USSR in 1990, and later subjugated and Conquered the United States of America (the purpose was to End the Cold War) in 1993 CE.  Then he conquered a number of lesser nations just because they were in his way...

The UEIR Code Caesar series is for the Provincial Governments of the UEIR, optional if recommended by Consul M7 of Iapana, UEIR (East Pacific Rim States). 

The difference between Ruling and Conquering is that Ruling involves controlling the people, whereas Conquering is for uniting people or ending a situation. S7 controls people with his powers, and conquers them when he uses too much power. 

S7 is Immortal and Eternal, like other characters of fantasy... He is the Divine Soul of the Creator.
