Greetings Commander,

In 1994 I smote your country, killed its leader with a heart attack, and laid waste your lands with 7 years of drought and famine.  In 2011 I repeated this with your Father, Kim Jong-Il.  Now you have made threats of open war and aggression because you have weapons.  If you are to survive, you will submit unto Caesar S7 now.  Otherwise, Rinse and Repeat your Father's and Grandfather's Fate.
